Terms & Conditions

• Booking and Payment Policy: The reservation is confirmed after payment (50% of the value) by bank transfer, Paypal, Stripe, and Revolut.

The remaining amount (50%) will be paid 10 days before check-in.

• Cancellation and Refund: Short-term cancellations (less than 14 days) are not eligible for a refund, while early cancellations may be fully refundable.
• Security Deposit: The amount of €400 will be paid in cash or Revolut on the day of arrival and, if there is no damage to the property, returned at check-out.
• Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is until 11 AM, late check-out may apply (prior authorization required).
• Capacity and Occupancy: Only the people indicated in the reservation may use the accommodation, respecting the maximum legal limit of 9 people.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: The accommodation is delivered clean, and the guest must keep it organized. There are common rules regarding trash and dishes.
• Rules of Conduct and Noise: Respect for silence (generally from 11 PM to 7 AM) and prohibition of parties or activities that disturb the neighborhood.
• Smoking and Pets Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Pets may only remain in the accommodation with prior authorization.
• Documentation: Identification of all guests is required at check-in for communication purposes with AIMA.
